Must I really go get myself a tan? It's not just once or twice I've been short changed of a good service or attitude just because I look like I'm from China. Do people judge who came from where just by their skin color?
The taxi uncle who took me home just now said I'm lucky I'm standing at the taxi stand and I spoke more than 1 word on the taxi. He mentioned that if I'm standing by the road side for taxi, he won't even stop for me cause I look like I'm from China. Indeed, he doesn't look too happy until I spoke to him with a "La" in my sentence.
So should I go swimming everyday?
